We would like to inform you that Sławomir Borek has become the Sports Director of the newly established Wisłoka Chicago Academy. Sławek, who comes from Dębica, started his first steps at Parkowa, playing in youth groups until he became a senior of Wisłoka Dębica.
The new director also played in Wisłoka Chicago and in several Polish teams. He was also a coach of youth groups in the HDS Eagles football academy and the first team of Wisłoka Chicago, with whom he achieved many successes in the league and tournaments.
It is an absolutely big challenge for me and at the same time a great honor to represent the white and green colors and the new project, which is the newly established Wisłoka Chicago Academy. We have been waiting for this project for a very long time and I will not hide the fact that such challenges mobilize me and drive me to work hard.
I played here in the past as a player and seeing how thanks to several people such as the president of Wisłoka Marek Raś or also vice president Rafał Nowicki and several others involved, the club has developed significantly over the last 10 years. This arouses in me respect, appreciation and the desire to continue developing and helping Wisłoka in the best way I can, i.e. by representing the white and green academy with dignity, promoting Polish culture and sport among children and young people.
